Ivory on ivory, raised on a pedestal. A cream crackle glaze footed bowl holds a deliberately monochrome assortment: cream wrapped bars, gold foil balls, botanical print bars trimmed in gold, and thick shards of nut and dried fruit bark sealed in cellophane.
The elevated foot is what makes it. It lifts the chocolates off the table and turns the arrangement into a centrepiece rather than a bowl of treats.
